This is not a “just go run” program. Foundations First is a structured 12-week running program designed to build your fitness properly- the smart way. Whether you’re brand new to running, returning after time off or tired of getting injured every time you try to increase distance, this program focuses on building a strong aerobic base and resilient body first. Over 12 weeks, we progressively and safely build you toward running 10km with confidence. You’ll learn how to: • Pace yourself properly • Build endurance without burnout • Increase distance safely • Recover well • Train consistently without breaking down This isn’t about running fast. It’s about running well. We focus on controlled progression and long-term sustainability so you don’t just complete 10km… you enjoy it.
