Do you have a group of friends/family/work colleagues/sporting teams that all enjoy moving or need a fun activity to do to get you moving. Lets arrange a private group class just for you and your buddies.  Contact Em to work out a session date and time so she can plan a group session just for you. Strength/Cardio/Yoga all available options.
