In just 1.5 hours, you’ll learn simple movements that improve mobility, switch on your glutes, reduce lower-back and knee pain and help you move with confidence again. Perfect for women 35+ who want to feel strong, stay active and age well. You’ll leave feeling lighter, looser and more in control of your body with a plan you can use at home. Limited spots.
