Congratulations for starting your running journey. Running 5km without stopping is a great achievement. By the end of this program running should feel enjoyable and you should experience all the positive health benefits running can bring you. Not only will running help improve your fitness it will also help boost your energy, improve your mood, clear your mind, improve your sleep, help regulate appetite, balance blood sugar, improve your heart health. The list goes on!! This program includes 4 sessions a week; 3 runnings sessions and 1 cross training session. Remember to eat well and stay hydrated.
