Always wanted to be able to run 10km, well now its time. Take your running to the next level - complete beginners or already a runner, this program will help get you to your 10km. And i don't want you to just run it, i want you to run it and LOVE it!! Finish feeling fabulous. Join the group so we can all keep each other motivated, on track and hit the 10km together. Lets get moving and have some fun at the same time plus most importantly improve health, wellness and vitality.
